They are sourced directly from smallholder farms, with no middlemen, and every lot is cupped and graded before it reaches the counter. The specific lots rotate as fresh harvests arrive, so ask which Kenyan lot is pouring on the day you visit.

For a balanced first cup, start with a cappuccino. It lets you taste the espresso while soft, textured milk rounds the edges. If you prefer black coffee, ask which East African filter coffee is tasting best that day. The morning menu includes Spanish Omelette, Scrambled Eggs, Foul Medames, pancakes, waffles and freshly baked croissants, with bites from KSh 300.
