Our Story

Coffee, but slower.

Rumi began with a simple wish — to build a corner of the city where people could sit without rushing. Where the coffee is made by someone who cares, the music doesn't fight you, and the chair is the kind you settle into.

Every cup carries a lineage. The beans come from the same continent that taught the world how to drink coffee — small farms, careful hands, generations of knowledge. We brew them slowly, on purpose.

We believe the most luxurious thing a café can offer isn't a fancy drink — it's the feeling of being unhurried.
